Let me begin with the ordering process, I was in the market for a Satsuma tree, there were three choices on the internet to purchase the tree. The other 2 offered free shipping for purchase over $99 and over $125. I contacted lemoncitrustree.com , to see if a discount for shipping could be applied, I sent the email after business hours expecting an answer some time the next day--within 5 minutes I recieved a call! That was my first shock! The lady calling me was very professional and extremely knolegable.After talking for 5-10 minutes , it was clear to me I should order from this company not just one tree but three different--she gave me a discount on shipping and multiple tree purchase coming very close to the free shipping offered may the other companies. Next shock was delivery time frame --shipped from La to central Pa. I placed the order Monday night and the trees were at my door Friday morning, packaged perfectly The biggest surprise of all was the quality and size of the trees. They were absolutely beautiful, the key lime tree is absolutely gorgeous ! The sizes were larger than I expected--I was so happy. Thank you again!
