Shipping & Delivery
We ship every week for the previous week's orders. Once your order has shipped it will be updated in our system and you automatically receive a tracking number for your order. You can track your order via your account in our store or by going to FedEx.com then entering your tracking number into the track and confirm field. If you have not received your order within one week of receiving your tracking number, please contact us immediately. We will need to put a tracer on your package. If you do not contact us within this time frame, we will not honor any warranty replacements or refunds. Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of products we sell, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than for warranty replacements. We do not provide refunds for any orders that have shipped. Damaged leaves or small branch breakage can be a normal part of the shipping process and does not affect the health of the plant. Just trim off any damaged leaves or stem and the plant will put out new growth. If you receive a tree that has been damaged by the shipping carrier, please save the packaging and contact us immediately at support@lemoncitrustree.com or call us at 866-216-TREE (8733). We require pictures of the entire tree and the container along with a picture showing the entire box that the tree arrived in. Once we receive pictures of the tree and box we will be able to resolve your issue.
If you are concerned about the age of your tree please contact us. All ages are approximations and aren't the same as grafting dates due to us using mature cuttings during our grafting process instead of seedlings. 
During your 3 year warranty period you are entitled to one replacement if your tree dies when cared for under proper recommended conditions, please contact support at support@lemoncitrustree.com or call 866-216-TREE (8733). You are responsible for the shipping cost of any warranty replacement. Shipping & Handling for each tree for warranty replacements will be based on current rates of that tree or plant at the time of the replacement request. In all cases goods cannot be returned after they have been accepted, processed, improperly stored, planted, or otherwise treated, modified or used in any way. Our 3 Year Warranty Details & Exceptions: Warranty expires in 3 years. The warranty requires that you contact us regarding any tree care issues you may have prior to the death of the tree. Warranty is void on any plants planted in the ground outside other than the recommended zones 9-11 or if a tree in a container is exposed to freezing temperatures. If customer authorizes shipment during below freezing temperatures, then warranty is void. 3 Year Warranty does not apply to all plants and trees, please see the individual product description to view the warranty length. Our Warranty does not cover any damage due to Acts of God, such as storm damage, etc. If you move your citrus tree(s) into another state and it is a citrus-producing state then your warranty may be void. Moving citrus trees across state lines into citrus producing states is illegal due to USDA regulations. Exceptions to the 3 Year Warranty: Spinach Plants, Miracle Fruit Plants, Berry Plants (such as the Goji, Blueberry, Blackberry) & Kaffir Lime Trees have a 90 Day Warranty. Lemoncitrustree.com under no circumstances implies or expresses any warranty as to the production of the plants sold. Many plants may not produce fruit or flowers as a result of customer growing practices, inadequate pollination, unsuitable soil types, and regional climate variations. We cannot guarantee that any tree sold on our website will arrive with blossoms or fruit.

We are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST, Closed Saturday & Sunday.  Please note that we cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We cannot ship Citrus Trees to Arizona. Some of our trees, based on size and/or variety, cannot ship to every state, please check the product description for any restrictions before attempting to place an order. We do not ship internationally, no exceptions.

We fight fraud with our advanced security systems, we reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud. Sorry, we cannot provide rainchecks for out-of-stock promotional items. We do not provide refunds for any orders that have shipped, if you need to cancel your order; please contact us as soon as possible at 866-216-TREE (8733) so we may cancel and provide a refund.
