1-2 Year Old (Approx. 1-2 Ft) Washington Navel Orange Tree

- I bought the 1 year old navel orange tree. It was 1 ft when I got it. Packaged well. I planted it since I live in zone 9 - 7 months ago. I dug a hole and had 1/2 foot of not grass and weeds with pine needle mulch. I learn it can not have any grass growing around it about 2ft in all directions or it will not grow. My neighbor told me that about 1 month ago so I dug all the grass and weeds- about a 4 foot circle- since I have done that it has grown about 1 1/2 ft. So it’s a 2 1/2 ft tree now. I’m glad I finally figured out why it would not grow!!!
