Tree Description:
This specific size of the Meyer Lemon Tree from Lemon Citrus Tree are not grown from seed, they are grown from a rooted cut from mature orchard trees. This allows you to see blossoms and fruit as early as one year old. Our trees are very hardy, of the best quality and have a three-year warranty! You will absolutely not find such a long warranty with any other nursery online.
Meyer Lemon Trees are cold hardy in USDA Growing Zones 9-11. If you live in a colder climate, your tree can be moved inside for the winter. Place your tree by your southernmost facing window indoors, and they will still produce fruit prolifically. As the Meyer Lemon Tree matures it will bear larger quantities of fruit. Meyer Lemons are green when they are growing. They will turn yellow as they ripen, which can take several months. Meyer Lemons are much sweeter than the standard (grocery store) lemon. Meyer Lemons are great fruit for juicing and Lemon meringue pie! Meyer Lemon Trees are everbearing, producing blossoms and fruit continuously throughout the year with proper care. Meyer Lemon trees recover fairly easily from pest damage with treatment. They are highly adaptable to environmental changes. With the proper care, Meyer Lemon Trees are capable of producing fruit for over 30 years! This version arrives in a 1 gallon container, is rooted and is bushier than our other Meyers.

I bought the Meyers lemon 1 year old(1ft) . It was 1 ft when I got it. I have had it for 7 months and now it’s 4ft. Has 12 lemons growing on it. I planted it into the ground when I first received it. I live in zone 9. I use organic fertilizers and pine needle mulch. This was my first lemon tree purchase and I can say it was worth every penny. I have had my meyer lemon tree for 8 months now and it has grown and is already starting to produce lemons. It is beautiful! I am so excited to watch it keep growing. It came in a plastic black container and with soil. It was around 2 feet tall. I did an inordinate amount of research before choosing to purchase this Meyer Lemon. I looked at several options for purchase online as well as at local stores. I settled on this site because it is reputable and the prices are the most competitive. The most notable event in my purchase occurred when I forgot to include my apartment number on the shipping address. When UPS failed to deliver this site's Customer Service contacted me. I was unavailable to talk to UPS but through a few emails Nancy sorted the whole thing out and my tree arrived later in the day. It was in astounding conditions complete with a certification and instructions. Buy from here if you buy trees online! I ordered a 1-2 year old tree for my husband as a 4 year anniversary gift. I just received it today and was VERY impressed. I received a (over) 2 foot tree with green healthy leaves. It was packaged well in a tall rectangular box with brown craft paper loosely wrapped in the branches to add padding. I took it out of the box as soon as it got here and am surprised at how healthy it looks after traveling in a delivery truck in the heat of summer.
