The Miracle Fruit Plant (Synsepalum dulcificum) can be grown in the ground in zones 9-10 and as a container species in zones 4-11 throughout the US. When container-grown they have to be protected or brought indoors when temperatures fall below 40 degrees. They are bushy and grow at a relatively slow pace (Less than one foot per year). When Container-grown they will not get larger than 5 feet tall but can grow up to 12 feet tall if planted in the ground.

The plant came completely sealed in a box which scared me, but it was very healthy and within a week it's already growing new leaves and I'm starting to see sprouts. Very pleased :). No berries have grown yet but at this rate I'd say ill have some in 2-3 weeks from it arriving, which isn't half bad!
