- I bought the Meyers lemon 1 year old(1ft) . It was 1 ft when I got it. I have had it for 7 months and now it’s 4ft. Has 12 lemons growing on it. I planted it into the ground when I first received it. I live in zone 9. I use organic fertilizers and pine needle mulch. Love my tree
