We are shipping for the holidays! Fresh from our orchard Satsuma fruit by the crate (25lbs) available now, farm to table made jelly and our beautiful trees that we've always grown. The majority of our trees have a 3 year replacement warranty (few exclusions apply).

You can write as much as you want in a gift message, so sending a letter length message works in our system. All orders placed now will arrive after Christmas. However, we can send an ecard to you after you place your order that you can provide as soon as you like to your loved one. Just reply to your order confirmation and we will send the ecard to you or on your behalf.

Our trees are listed many ways. Trees that are listed by age are more mature than the trees listed just by height. We recommend our "Age Trees" or "Bushy Trees" for gifts whenever possible. These are classic sizes that our customers have loved for nearly twenty years. Our bushier citrus trees are available in the Meyer, Persian, Key Lime & Calamondin varieties. All of our citrus trees are fruit bearing age but the older the tree, the more fruit it can hold. Young trees may drop their blossoms and/or fruit to save energy for the growth and health of the tree itself.

If your Tree order is too cold for shipping (continually low temperatures 28 or lower that will cause a plant or tree to die/freeze, at this threshold heat packs can't help, no matter how many we use) we can send out our Holiday Gift Physical Card. Which includes the order information without pricing, a beautiful picture of our trees and your special gift message for the card. We have done this every year for the past six years and customers love this option when it's too cold to ship. We use very nice Christmas, Holiday, New Year, etc cards. You can also request something different, such a sympathy card. If you request it and we can find it; we will send it! Our exclusive card service is available at no cost to you. If you get a weather delay from us just send us an email and let us know you want a card shipped on your behalf. We will ask you some questions to make sure the card is perfect and get it out as soon as possible for you. If we find the temperatures in the forecast to be warm enough but the forecast is not correct and your tree arrives frozen and/or damaged; we will replace it at no cost to you. Please be aware, no reputable company will ship when your temperatures are too low. Some companies are shipping regardless of weather, which we think is lazy and irresponsible. We put a lot of effort into our transit and local temperature research on every single order, every week. We do not want any of our customers to receive a tree that is dead on arrival, it's depressing and just ruins your gift. We do everything we can to avoid this. This is why our physical card service was created.

Please read this notice (No Longer Applicable): Due to transit being out of our control: We cannot guarantee that any order arrives by Christmas but we work our hardest to get the order out as soon as possible. It is best to not wait until the last week before Christmas to order due to the amount of packages being in transit at this time. Many packages will get delayed during this week of transit. Our orders ship each week with heat packs at no extra charge if needed. Our multiple tree discount applies automatically in the cart. Our new jelly and fruit items count in the discount although this has usually only been for trees in the past.
