It is our mission to provide the best producing and healthiest trees in the country. This is why all of our trees and plants come with a free warranty. This warranty guarantees a free replacement if your tree dies under normal circumstances - you just cover the shipping costs. Tree Description:
The Kaffir Lime Tree is a thorny tree with aromatic and distinctively shaped "double" leaves. The kaffir lime is a rough, green fruit. The green lime fruit is distinguished by its bumpy exterior and its small size (approx. 4 cm wide). The Kaffir Lime is cold hardy in USDA growing zones 9-11. The tree can be kept as a container plant and grown in all other growing zones if it is brought indoors for the winter.
The rind of the kaffir lime is commonly used in Lao and Thai curry paste, adding an aromatic, astringent flavor. The zest of the fruit is used in creole cuisine and to impart flavor to "arranged" rums in the Martinique, Réunion Island, and Madagascar.
The leaves can be used fresh or dried and can be stored frozen. Its hourglass-shaped leaves (comprising the leaf blade plus a flattened, leaf-like leaf-stalk or petiole) are widely used in Thai and Lao cuisine (for dishes such as tom yum), and Cambodian cuisine (for the base paste "Krueng"). The leaves are used in Indonesian cuisine (especially Balinese and Javanese), for foods such as sayur asam, and are used along with Indonesian bay leaf for chicken and fish. They are also found in Malaysian and Burmese cuisines.

Overall Satisfaction Quality of Tree or Plant Customer Service Satisfaction
I was emailed instructions ahead of time on how to unwrap and take care of it through it's first couple days of acclimation and in my delivery box was another page of clear detailed instructions on what pot to get, fertilizer, soil and how to take care of my new plant. I was blown away by how together this company was.
Such a joy to talk to over the phone and the whole shipping experience from start to finish was delightful. It gave me so much confidence, I started looking for more places in my home where I could add trees. So happy with my purchase! Thank you for making this experience such a delight.
